Since January 2018, Wiebke Köhler is Board Member at AXA Konzern AG in Cologne. She is in charge as CHRO for People Experience.

Before joining AXA, Wiebke was Partner at Heidrick & Struggles, a leading global executive search company. She led the Insurance as well as the Travel & Logistics segment. She supported her clients on a variety of HR-related services, ranging from Executive Search, Cultural Diagnostics to Management Appraisals. She successfully place C-Level positions in insurance, airlines, tourism, logistics, aerospace. In addition, she had a spike on building up digital units, incubators, accelerators and CDO positions in large corporates. She also supported large corporates on their digital transformation.

Previous to that, Wiebke was consultant at Egon Zehnder International. She started her professional career at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants with a focus on Marketing & Sales. Subsequently, she joined the newly built up airline SWISS Air Lines in Zurich as VP Marketing & CRM. After a few years, she was asked to join McKinsey Inc. as Associate Principal and became member of the European Marketing & Sales Practice. Her industry focus laid on insurance, airlines and logistics. In parallel she created a new global service line CRM and led this successfully over the course of four years.

Wiebke Köhler holds a master’s degree in  business administration from the University of Hamburg. She also has been awarded a Marketing diploma with distinction at Business Haas School, University of California, Berkeley, USA.
