The Joint European Disruptive Initiative aims to accelerate Europe’s technological leadership by financing and accelerating the development of breakthrough innovations. JEDI is the European Moonshot Factory: inspired by the DARPA model in the United States, with a strong civilian and European focus, it will be a massively agile, lean and fast agency setting major missions to fulfill for the good of European’s society and economy. JEDI is highly representative of the technology ecosystem in Europe, as it is bringing together 100+ heads of most large European technology corporates, research institutions and deeptech startups.
